La Crosse, WI American Red Cross, "Dancing with the Stars" Fundraiser

Gearing up for the American Red Cross, "Dancing with the Stars". The event is sponsored by Misty's Dance Unlimited in Onalaska. We are looking so forward to filming the fundraiser event. So much talent right in our community and a wonderful way to raise money for such a great cause. I believe the event is sold out, but you can call the American Red Cross of La Crosse, WI and they can fill you in on the ticket details and availability. The event takes place on Saturday, November 27th.

Time has flown by since I've posted anything on the Blog. Whew! Where has the time gone? Been very busy with weddings this month. May and June were full of weddings and also dance recitals. Not a dull moment in the office and editing studio. Work, work work! Always love a challenge.

Looking back over the years.

With the new year approaching it makes me look back on all the years of filming so many weddings. Wow, hard to believe that it has been over 10 years filming so many events for people. Jan and I have seen so many wonderful weddings and events over the years, but not without the hard work, long days and many hours on our feet. I'd like to share with you a wonderful article that a good friend of ours wrote about the love of what Jan and I do. It's loving, truthful and yet reminds Jan and I why we love what we do.

WEVA Convention

We had such a great time at the International WEVA convention in Orlando, FL.. We learned so many new things and met up again with great friends from around the world. I wanted to share with you some great friends who also own and run video productions companies around the USA. From left to right are Steve & Laura Moses from Vantage Point Productions out of San Dimas, CA, Brett Culp from Tampa, FL who owns Brett Culp Films and Mark & Trisha Von Lanken from Tulsa, OK who own Von Wedding Films. The reason the ladies are holding flowers is because the two couples renewed their vows at the WEVA convention. Brett is a minister and performed the ceremony. Both of the couples have been married for 25 years. It was so special to see such great friends renew their love for each other. I can hardly wait to see all of you again at next year's WEVA convention! Congratulations Steve and Laura and Mark and Trisha!
